I wasn't expecting much as I had a bad experience with a Hot pit restaurant. This was very nice. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. They explained how things worked and if we needed more help, then we could always ask. The buffet at £19.99 had a very good selection of meats, vegetables , sauces and a very small selection of fruit and dessert. The restaurant was clean but a bit noisy with the music. The whole atmosphere was exceptional. Recommended? Definitely.

It’s not easy to find such a great balance of value and taste in Birmingham, but The Palace Hotpot nails it. Overall, I’d highly recommend The Palace Hotpot to anyone looking for a fun, delicious dining experience in Birmingham. The combination of great service, amazing food, and reasonable prices makes it a standout choice. Can’t wait to return!

We went here first time. Food was excellent, so much variety, Shan who served us was so good at explaining everything and went out of her way for customer service. Cannot fault the hot pot! The flavours are so good and portions are very generous 👌can't wait to come back again! 10/10

Everything was absolutely delicious and the value for money was great! Most of the meat was halal, with just a few non-halal options we wouldn’t have chosen anyway, so it’s perfect for anyone who wants to try something different. The seafood was also very good, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Birmingham!

I really enjoy coming to the Palace Hotpot. The food is great and the service is always very nice too. I feel like this restaurant is very underrated and not enough people know just how lovely it is and affordable in my opinion when going as a group or couple for hotpot. Parking has always been a bit of a little issue however as it is in a very busy area, I feel it is just expected to be like this. You can park in the pay per hour car park beside the restaurant or on the streets where it is also pay per hour parking too.

This is a place that I keep coming back to. Halal food which is great and staff are helpful at pointing out what isn't halal on the menu. The soup and beef rolls are always delicious. Their egg fried rice is also very tasty. There is also a paid car park next to it, it can be full at times though.

My first time in any hotpot restaurant and I do not regret it. Vegan options for me and I enjoyed every bit of it with my family. Customer service is amazing. The atmosphere is calm. What got me even more impressed is how they have feminine items in the toilet. So very thoughtful 🥹🤭. Definitely going back there.
